I have had 2 shoulder surgeries in the lst 2 years. So I feel for your arm pain. I work with people about quitting smoking. when you get sick enough, then pray about it. it is out of your control, and prayer helps. it's not anything you can control, if it was, more people wouldn't smoke. when you get 24 hours away from it, then pray more about it.
