When did countries like England, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, etc. become racially diverse? And do those countries have caps on immigration? If those countries to have caps on immigration, what are they? Do you think that someday Japan, and South Korea will become racially diverse? |
Clarification/Follow-up by isizathu on 07/26/06 7:54 am: The EU has set some basic rules for all EU countries, and on top of that each EU country has it's own immigration rules. So one can only answer your answer per individual country.
As to Japan and S.Korea : that's so far from Europe and it's rules : that is an other (far-eastern) matter.
