what is the norm Anonymous 01/13/04
    my boss is after me to clear his office of files which he kept on the side table... i am waiting for him to leave so i can get to it. it is normal for me to wait till he goes out of the office to work inside as i don't feel comfortable with him seeing all my actions.

    What is the norm? i just don't feel comfortable.
