student/teacher relationships

I a 23 y/o very handsome student and many women like me etc, so I became a Don Juan type of guy. But I noticed I dont like young girls, because they dont know what they are not serious. I draw towards older women, therefore usually my University instructors. I never tell them this, but they feel it and one day a 60 y/o instructor who I liked a lot as a person and felt even some personal feelings, but suppressed them, because she is 60 and it would not be anything good of this, made a move one day after we met on campus. She told me at the end of the conversation that she liked me very silently and I was not sure she said this at first, so I just looked at her like trying to figure out whether it was true, and she looked at me and smiled. I pretended I didnt hear it to not to embarass her, but when i came home I stopped suppress my feelings to her and I felt like I loved her. Later we met again. She always comes to me when she sees me and talks about anything. I feel like she doesn't want to let me get away. She always say "see you soon" and "come again if you need some help". I didnt do anything because I was too shy and it felt strange.
Later I got a crush on a nother about 30 y/o instructor. She was beautiful and I visited all her lectures. I noticed she liked me as well, but I was not sure. She frequently dressed sexy and looked at me to check if I look at her when she bent over or her dress revieled her thighs when she moved her legs so that the cut on dress opens. I had problems with asking a woman who doesnt show clearly what she wants, so i was afraid to talk to her about this. But I ate her with my eyes both sexually and emotionally. I really miss her after the quorter is over. She saw it but was afraid to do something because it would be strange I think. It is these moments I think when 2 people like each other and afraid to do smth because of social differences or other differences. I am serious and have a mature mind though. I wanted to ask her not to remove me from her email list, so I can visit her lectures from time to time to enjoy her presence, but later I realized that I can be a stocker and she would like to have one, because it would break her concentration. Besides, I am just a student without a car and apartment, who lives with his parents, why would she want me, right? She once mentioned that rich women want to merry richer people. She has a gardener, so... She liked to talk about us trying something that not goes into present social norms. Could she hint me to not afraid to talk to her about my feelings? What can you advise me on how to handle these situations? Are student/teacher relationships common and acceptable? I only know from movies (Friends for example :)) that they can be acceptable and quite normal.
