Carving sign (Tree Core) DILLIGAS 04/13/04
A relative gave me the center section of an old oak tree. I would like to carve the address and my last name into it and then mount it at the end of the drive.

I see all of these signs that attorneys and dentists have, how can I replicate that in my workshop?

I would be using hand tools, chisels and knives, no power equipment.

If there is a resource for this on the Internet, I can’t find it.

    Thanks,

    DILLIGAS
