At this point, I don't want to take medicine yet. I believe my urethral sphincper muscle (controls the holding and release of the urine) is weak. I have tried the kegal exercizes. They helpped some but not as much as I would have like. I have taken a homeopathic product that seems to help my bladder.
If you know of a natural product, exercize, or any tip as to strenghtening the urethral sphincper muscle, it will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance. |
Clarification/Follow-up by Anonymous on 03/09/06 5:19 pm: If I can avoid taking medicine especially daily, I shy away from it because of negative reactions from the past and a host of negative feedback I have received from persons I know who take medicine regularly.

When you get sick and tired of being sick and tired, then maybe you will do something about it.
