| HP Pavilion wireless connectivity issues |

Hello,
Wonder if anyone might be able to assist as we are a bit naive. As I send my daughter off to college she purchased an HP Pavilion 5020 and all was generally fine. We arrive at her college and although there is a strong wireless signal present she cannot log onto to any web sites. I am currently connected with the machine via an ethernet connetion so I feel it is not the computer but something to do with the wireless card. Any thoughts or direction would be greatly appreciated |
