My HP laptop is not booting up. The os is windows xp professional. I tried using xp repair option using another xp professional cd with me (not the repair cd of the laptop). The repair option asks for administrator passwork which I not have.
I have contacted HP, they will charge me send me the original repairdcd for $10. But I wonder how that will help when I do not have the admistrator's pwd.
What's the way out guys ?
