How fast/slow should I be doing reps and how many should I do. My goal is to lose weight (30 lbs). My routine is as follows:
Monday: Aerobics 30 mins Tuesday: Running 1.25 miles Wednesday: Circuit training with weights 1 hour Thursday: Running 1.25 miles' Friday: Aerobics 30 mins Saturday: Circuit training with weights 1 hour
Is this a good program for my goal? I'd also like to add some definition.
