What should a person do when they eat a light breakfast, regular lunch, and dinner and am 50 lbs overweight due to a sedentary job and long work hours that makes it very difficult to stick with a consistent exercise program? I know I can lose if I eat like a bird at every meal, but eventually I want to have regular servings not enormous servings. I get so frustrated because I feel like I can't eat much in order to stay thin. Is there a reason why people around me are outeating me and are not heavy even if they are not exercising themselves? Is there something off in my body that make it harder to lose- my thyroid appears to be normal.
Thanks. |
