I am having a big time problem trying to get all of my images sized correctly for placement on a clients website. They provided me with images for the items, that is great, however the images that they gave me for the thumbnails are all differing sizes. Some of them are 240x180, 240x320, 214x320, etc.
This is driving me nuts. If I attempt to resize them in ACDSEE, ACD Photo Canvas, Picasa, etc. I will ruin the images. I have noit yet mastered Photo Shop or Photo Elements.
Can anyone suggest a program that would allow me to manipulate the images so that I can make them all the same size, even if there is some border or background? (I can work that in to the color of the web page.)
I just want this to look correct, and make sure that it looks professional.
I am unable to get samples of the items to photograph myself, they resell items form overseas and it is near impossible to get all 1200+ items in one place at one time, logistically and finically.
