| How to Enable Cookies |

I'm using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6. When I tried to sign in to my Hotmail account tonight I received an error message saying that cookies have been disabled, and that I need to enable cookies in my browser in order to sign in to Passport.net(Hotmail).
I don't know how I disabled cookies, but it must have been done today because until tonight I was always able to sign in to the email account.
So how do I enable cookies in the browser?
