| Need help with Excersise...... |

I have recently lost 60 lbs ove the past year with Intense cardio and Weight Training. I am currently working out 5 days a week for about an 1 hr. 30-45 of weights then 30 mins of cardio (treadmill). I am taking GNC mega man Sport as a daily vitamin. I am curious if there are other important vitamins i should be including into my regiment. If so what do you recomend? |
