| Catching an STD on the Plane |

When I travel by plane, I notice this: the toilets in the restrooms of airline jets are so small that when I am seated on one the tip of my penis is pressed up against the rim of the toilet.
That tells me that also happens to every adult male who has a bowel movement there.
Is it possible to catch a sexually transmitted disease that way?
