Hello,
I am 23 years old. I have been masturbating since the age of 13 (I thought it was healthy). Anyway, I think i have damaged some of my penile tissues due to over masturbating.
My Problem : At the beginning of an erection, some tissues are not filled with blood like the others (specialy at the sides). Once the erection is full and hard, everything is ok and normal.

I would really appreciate your help on the cause and treatment.
