Executive Orders / Constitution of the United States Toms777 10/22/06
I am doing some research and am trying to understand the means by which authorization is given to the president to issue Executive orders.

I assume that it would be found somewhere in the consitution, but was unable to locate it. Could someone point me to the correct paragraph?

    Thanks.
