is protein intake right for sprinting jrbird69 05/23/06
when i was in the 10th grade, i took boost the high quaility drink. as i practiced throughout my sprint training, i felt beefness in my leg and i felt i was not tired of running hard. i still ran very fast throughtout my sprint training. when i was in 11th and 12th grade, i stop taking it and my performace in sprinting was not good. when i was in college, i was in sprint training and want to get faster. i trained hard but i did not feel anything like beefness and the swolling in my legs. now i remembered i took boost protein drink in my younger days in highschool. so do you think i should take protein again for college? will it help me to get the beefness in my legs? what good high quality protein you think is best for me? is it whey protein?
