A few years ago, I watched a program on cameras placed in public places to catch criminals. I heard that in London this sort of crime watch was implemented. Do you know if cameras are indeed used as I heard? I heard that in London is where they were used the most.

Makes me wonder about the probablility of some camera somewhere having caught someone who planted those bombs.
