    I am very seriously planning on leaving my present phone company and would like to know some more about Vonage.

    Is it easy to install yourself?

    Is there a way to call home from a motel which has computer access?

    Do the rates go up after the first few months from the joining rate?

    Do they provide any help or service when needed?
