Technical Convergence: What does is it mean? Conchan 02/29/04
    Hello Mr Hightower,

    I have recently started to read some magazines in English about technology and communications. During one of the articles the author mentions the phrase ' Technical convergence and the Information Superhighway. ' several times.

    I think the ' Information Superhighway ' refers to the Internet, but do not understand the other part.

    What does this phrase refer to?
