Where should this income be reported? Joanie 01/31/06
    We were paid $200. for teaching an OSHA class to an individual who owns a construction company.
    This is a one time thing.
    Could I simply add that amt. to the "wages,salaries,tips" line of our 1040A
    or is an additional form necessary?
    If I add that amt. to that line, should I attach copy of check? Thank you.
