IRS Must Get Court Order Before Applying Force To Tax Payers paulrander 01/08/06
I was wondering if anyone can help me find the details of the court battles in which the outcome ruled that the IRS does not have the legal authority to apply force to tax payers without first getting a court order?

    Thanks much.
