I cannot thank you enough for your insightful reading--I truly appreciated it. You really hit the right spot when you refer to the 'organised institutions and established works.' It does seem as if referees hardly even bother to read through my works when I submit them. Getting rejected without being given a proper reason (and knowing that they have not read my whole work) is a disheartening process. Getting in touch with others with similar interests, on the other hand, is a good idea to solve the problem, but when I tried it in the past, it did not work. People were either 'too busy' or simply uninterested to give me a hand. Without sounding needy, is there a specific way/time frame to get heard by the right people/circles? I wonder if the cards have anything to say on the matter.
