    Hi there!
    As a collarteral duty, I was for many years a Navy 'Drug Awareness Counselor'.
    This means that I was the command-designated Officer whom a substance-abuser could come to, in order to seek counseling or medical help, WITHOUT subjecting himself or herself to any type of subsequent disciplinary action by the Navy.
