Hand Injury Dathaeus 06/10/03
I seem to have injured the back of my left hand as a righty golfer, mostly from a faulty swing, but it seems it hurts now even if I move it the wrong way, mostly when I lift the wrist up, i.e., crunching the back of my hand up towards the top of my forearm. There is one specific part that hurt when I press it with some force, and it is pretty much right in the middle of the back of my hand.

I have been icing it the last two days, but myabe that is not enough to see any improvement. I am thinking about doing this and laying off from making any full golf swings and see what happens. Any suggestions? thanks
