    first, which part of foot is involved ? the lace or insteps? as i know, the lace is the part where you shoelaces are and the insteps is the part from the big toe to ankle but people often mix them up. so which is the correct part ? and can you pls tell me what is the correct steps in excecuting the cross and chip: the positions of the head, shoulders, knees, the way of approaching the ball: must supporting leg be slanted: beside the ball, slightly in front the ball, behind and what is the distance between the foot anf the ball: how the kicking leg bend backwards, fully up or what: should the foot be stretched and must it be above the ball when the leg is swung and finally do you hook the ball up or do you just drive it ?
