hi sir in the economic theory of of choice, does it assume that consumers have tastes & preferences, are constrained by budget constraints, they make choices to maximise their satisfaction or all off these please explain. thank you. |
Clarification/Follow-up by Raging on 03/10/04 8:42 pm: So it saying with the example: "when I want to meet my need for fun, one of my organized behaviors is to go out to dinner with my wife and another couple." that the economic theory of choice assume that consumers make choices to maximise their satisfaction as that's what i'm getting at.
