| skin how do i make it glow and shine |

my exercise teacher has glowing skin. she is 43 but looks younger than i do. she looks like a 21 year old. her skin is always glowing and is milky smooth. she never goes for facials. how can i become like her. she was never like this. before she had uneven tone, dark circles, and spots and now she has rosy, pink creamy complexion. HOW are there any home remidies i can do. my aunt said wash face with milk powder? is that true. i am 29 years of age |
