Hello,
I'm a 39 year old, Caucasian male with no skin problems. And I recently moved from Washington DC to Las Vegas, NV.
I'm not sure where you are located, but DC's weather was somewhat humid most of the time, with a lot of cloud cover. Las Vegas is in a desert and has very low humidity with a lot of intense sunlight.
In DC, as far as skin care, I just avoided the sun and I put on sunblock every morning. In LV it looks like it will be harder to avoid the sun since there are few trees or tall buildings for shade.
Also many people here have prematurely-aged and deteriorated skin, and I really don't want that to happen to me.
Would you have any ideas for how I might keep healthy skin in a desert climate?
Thanks,
John |
