Dear Expert: My 4 year old son was fondeled by his 16 year old cousin, the 16 year old has no remorse for what he's done, also he has a fondness for womens undergarments. We have reported this and are getting counseling for our son. I want to know what kind of disorder causes a teenage male to touch a younger male but has a fetish with womens undergarments, is this normal and is there any hope for him. This is the second time, he was caught at a foster home touching a younger boy 2 years ago? Help I need info& answers.
