problems with live update of norton virus definitions lilac 04/01/05
    After collecting my computer from the technician who
    fixed it for some trouble with the arrow ( it got stuck) and added an extra fan..i got my computer finally working again.
    But the problem is that i can't update norton virus definitions anymore. A window appears warning that virus definitions are to be updated but when i click on live update it can't download definitions and a window appears saying :
    LU1848 it is impossible to create the recalling object (i doubt this translation from italian is accurate :).
    the norton subscription will expire in may
    Can you please help?
