| Need Title for a movie |

In my youth, which was the 60's I saw a movie or a short film. I would like to see again. I have scant details on what I remember but maybe this will be enough. In this film I remember that time had slowed down enough where the people were imperceptibly moving, with the exception being a man and a woman that were immune to this time slow down for an unknown reason. In there search for what was wrong they could see an accident that would kill a child if the time were to speed back up to normal again. And did something to the car to stop it from hitting a child.
