Who can I contact to report a US Company who knowingly hires illegal immagrants? I know it's now against the law, and from what I read, it seems like the company has to check on new hires, not existing employees. This company I am aware of is 75%, Illegal, 25% American. The HR director has been known to request a $300 cash fee from the illegal immagrants in exchange for a ssn and employment.
