| Researching a company by it's website address |

I was trying to find out some info on a company, The only information I have is the website address. The website doesn't give any contact info. I went to the Better Business website. They had no info on them and I couldn't provide the company location.
It use to be a website I could go to that you provided the website and it would give you the info, but I don't have that info anymore.
If you know of a website like that or any help will be appreciated. |

Sorry that alldomains didnt work.
Be sure you determine the domainname properly.Most of the time it is directly left of the topleveldomainname(TLD) or the Country CodeTLD(ccTLD).
Dont get confused using websiteaddresses like:
www.checkitout.web.do
www.hotels.tourism.tn
www.site.qc.ca
www.johnsmith.school.za
Here the domainnames are checkitout;hotels;site;johnsmith.
Some tips which maybe helpful:
--use the term whois;
--for all .com .net .edu .org-names try :
http://www.checkdomain.com/
On the following website you will find all the country codes with respective registrationorg.addresses:
http://www.iana.org/cctld/cctld-whois.htm
On the advanced pages of Google and Alltheweb you will find the possibility to search,using the proper domainnames.
