Hello,
I live in Las Vegas, NV and I have a low income from a disability.
I was just approved for a Section 8 voucher and now I am looking around for a rental apartment, condo or small house.
I've called a lot of different apartment complexes, and I was surprised to find out that only about 5% of the complexes I called take Section 8.
I was wondering what you think the reasons are for most complexes not welcoming Section 8? (I was thinking that it may be because Section 8 involves extra paperwork.)
