Getting Started in RE Investing for Those w/o Much to Invest Ccl471 05/20/06
I want to get started in RE investing, but I don't have much money to start with. At most I will be able to buy a home in a trailer park, and then rent it out.

Is there any reason that would not be profitable, as opposed to starting out by buying a "traditional" house?

    Many thanks,

    C.L.

      Dear Fremontguy:

Thanks for responding to my question. Would you please tell me more about REITs? I don't know anything about them.

I'd like to know about their profitability, risks, and pros and cons in general in such an investment vehicle.

      Thanks and God bless.

      C.L.
