Recommending a book sallie00 11/30/05
    What book would you recommend, that helps a novice in buying property that can be rehab and then resold.

    I need a book that will help me avoid making bad judgements and mistakes, and that will give me info on buying homes that I will likely be able to be sell quickly compared to having a difficult time selling.

    When buying a home, I would think the most important thing would be that it should be in a good location. I need to know info like that and more.
