Rental Property sallie00 11/23/05
I am curious to know more about owning rental property.

I am thinking single dwelling properties would be the easiest starting out to purchase, and also possible with the tenant having the option to buy?

What is your opinion, any tips will be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.
