Corner Lots zteccc 08/02/05
We are considering purchasing a house that is on a corner that serves as an entry to the housing subdivision. I know that this will mean a high volume of traffic driving past the house (nearly everyone in the subdivision will have to drive past in order to get home or go to work). On the plus side, the property is 9100 square feet, other properties in the subdivision average 6,500 square feet.

My question is whether these factors (in general) will cause a negative impact to the eventual resale value of the property?

    Thanks,

    -- Jeff
