Vendor Changes Mind, Doesn't want to close deal. Middleman 05/05/03
Hi, we just bought a house. We were supposed to close in July, but I just got a call from the vendor. He says that he has changed his mind and does not want to sell. We have a signed agreement of purchanse and sale (everything is in order). We really like this house. What are the chances that we will be able to enforce this agreement? What would affect our chances of enforcing this agreement? Thank you very much for your responses.
