My husband and I own a family home as joint tenants. But our relationship has failed and we have obtained a divorce. My husband, Chris has gone to live with a girlfriend, Mandy and has changed his will to leave everything to her. Now, before Chris and I can arrange any property settlement, Chris falls ill and dies, and Mandy has written to me saying that she will want the house sold and the proceeds split equally between herself and I. What can I do?
