| Housing and health code violations |

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me. Our neighbors house has been falling apart for years and he doesn't seem to want to do anything about it. There are pigeons living in his peaks of the roof (there is about 6 of them that go in and out of there everyday leaving fecal matter everywhere.) He no longer has an upstairs porch. The downstairs back door is covered by a piece of wood. One of the storm windows was busted out when one of the pigeons flew into it. It hasn't been fixed. The paint is all chipped off of the house. The house if sitting on a slight angle. It pretty much looks like the house is going to fall over. We don't know who to contact about this. I am sure that there are many housing and health code violations. I am from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, if that helps any. Please help me find out how to report this. It's awful.
