hi, i had a hw question that states the following:
A mass M hooked to a spring (F=kr) is swung in a horizontal circle of radius r and speed v. Using Bohr's postulate find expressions for v and r and determine the quantized energy for this system. (The potential energy of the spring is PE=1/2kr^2 where k is Hook's law spring constant)

any help would be greatly appreciated...thanx
