    Hi, would you please help me in this quntum-purturbation question?
    an electron in atom is intially in its ground state with F(r)=N e^(-r/a) and E,now it is subjected to perturbation:
    H1=0 t<0
    H1=C r cos(wt) t>0
    calculate to the first order the tansition probability per unit time that electron will be ejected from the atom with momentum P=hK and find the value of momentum P.
