To expand on Huff Dawg's post, first appearacnes are that Liz died of an appearant overdose (According to Dave Metzler).
My guess is that Luger and Liz got into an arguement over the drug use, which lead to the domestic disturbance call that the police had responded to on Easter. When Luger made the 911 call indicating that Liz needed medical assistance, the police originally believed that it was a second case of domestic violence. Remember this is just a guess.
Back to the facts; Luger was arrested this morning when the police found the controlled substance in his home, but was released after questioning. The police are not sure if this was a suicide, a homicide, a natural death or an accident.
