High oil prices - is it a plot? paraclete 05/27/08
It appears Iran and Venezuela have tied up much of the world's tanker fleet so forcing the price of oil higher, but is this more than an attempt to control the oil market? Could this be a plot by these belligerent nations to bring their enemy the USA and its allies to their knees? It is situations like this that have called for gunboat diplomacy in the past One wonders whether Bush is smart enough to see what is going on or just happy his mates are richer
