help with the scansion of this poem cecibo 05/07/07
I would be immensely grateful if anyone could help me with the scansion of this poem by Lord Byron, since I'm not very clever with English metre (I'm Italian).

    The poem is:

So, we'll go no more a-roving
    So late into the night,
Though the heart be still as loving,
And the moon be still as bright.
For the sword outwears its sheath,
And the soul wears out the breast,
And the heart must pause to breathe,
    And love itself have rest.
Though the night was made for loving,
And the day returns too soon,
Yet we'll go no more a-roving
By the light of the moon.

The first line should be a TROCHAIC TETRAMETER, am I right?
What about the second? Three IAMBIC feet? So a IAMBIC TRIMETER?
The third: a TROCHAIC TETRAMETER again?
    What about the rest?
Is the overall meter throchaic then?

Urgently waiting for a kind reply. Thanks.
