| How can I get taller |

Hi
I am 19 years old and I am ham 5Ƈ 1/2' tall.
I don't exercise much and recently I am trying to learn how to swim.
My concern is that I want to be taller. I would like to know what kind of exercises I can do eg. yoga, pilates, etc.. I can do and what kind of things I can eat to get taller and also to be fit.
