    I HAVE A FRIEND WHO IS LIVING IN HER MOTHER INLAWS HOUSE BUT THE MOTHER INLAW IS IN A NURSING HOME AND SHE CANT COME OUT NOW MY FRIEND WANTS HER MOTHERINLAW TO SIGN THE HOUSE OVER TO HER WHAT STEPS DOES SHE HAVE TO TAKE DONT THERE HAVE TO BE A REALOTOR PRESENT HE IS NOT GOING TO COME TO NO NURSING HOME
