    In your opinion, do they work? Have you heard of any side effects from them for humans.

      If you are referring to the ones you plug into a socket, I personally don't think they work. I beleive they are more annoying for humans than insects (the ones I've seen click every two or three seconds). My grandfather has them plugged in every room, yet I still see ants, flies and a spider or two.
